Key Responsibilities
• Formulate, initiate & implement the strategic business plan and lead to achieve the profitable revenue growth, consistently sustain market share increase in Huawei Device sourcing, Huawei ODM team and ZTE wireless team
• Drive demand creation and platform implementation in Huawei Device ODM team, and ZTE Wireless, support and manage customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production.
• Developing relevant customer relationships with decision makers & influencer; coordinate strategic action and resolve sales issues
• Work with field applications engineer and relevant back-end parties (Business Units & Marketing, CS etc) to complete the sales cycle.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ of sales experience in which 2 years’ in key or strategic account /technical sales. Experience with Huawei account is preferred.
• University degree in Engineering or Science field, with semiconductor Sales & Marketing background preferred.
• Self-driven, strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Selling experience must include selling either one or more of the followings:
? Direct sales in multi-national semiconductor company.
? High performance Analog IC at Telecom OEM.
? Semiconductor at wireless smart phone.
•Proven success in key or strategic sales growth above market conditions is a plus.
•Excellent written and verbal communication & negotiation skills.
•Familiar with Microsoft Office, excellent presentation skills, fluent Mandarin & English are a must.
