崗位職責(zé)
1、主要負(fù)責(zé)Microchip(含Atmel)全線產(chǎn)品推廣和技術(shù)支持工作；
2、獨(dú)立支持客戶選型、開發(fā)；
3、對(duì)銷售部門人員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品輔導(dǎo)及培訓(xùn)；
4、負(fù)責(zé)尋找所負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品線的新機(jī)會(huì)，新客戶；
5、負(fù)責(zé)日常Design的跟蹤，協(xié)助促進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)從DIN到DWIN的轉(zhuǎn)變；
6、參加公司DO/DIN/DWINreview，和日常Report的更新。

任職資格
1、電子類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2、熟悉模擬電子電路，熟練應(yīng)用C語言；；
3、有良好的溝通能力，善于與人交流，有電子產(chǎn)品代理，分銷，技術(shù)支持工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
4、從事本行業(yè)2年以上或從事相關(guān)電子研發(fā)行業(yè)2年以上。

• 1. Participate in the development of new customers and projects.
  2. Assist team on the related solution design, technical service before and after sales.
  3. Assist team to gather information in order to accomplish the design input available
  4. Prepare and present INPLAY product roadmap and design solutions to customer
  5. Collect customer & related market information (markets, competitor, technology roadmaps, trends etc.)
  6. Support development, testing, evaluation of INPLAY products within customer applications
  7. Connection between the INPLAY Engineering design team and the customer to ensure that both sides understand the requirements and have all needed information available
  8. Coordination and on-time communication with all involved INPLAY internal departments (Sales , engineering, production, QA, marketing, etc.) as well as business partner (distributor , IDH )
  9. On time delivery to customer on samples and solution design
  10. Running technical seminars at customers, distributors, and exhibitions to promote INPLAY products
  11. Report regular project and customer status to the Sales manager
  12. Solve problem and assess technical complaints
  13. Support quality teams in solving problems with on-site evaluation and detailed discussion with customers
  1. Minimum a bachelor’s of engineering degree - Telecommunication engineering is preferred
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience as application, system or design engineers – Bluetooth & RF related experience is preferred
  3. Ability to gain the relevant market information and related product design requirements
  4. Well Grasp Excel, Word, PowerPoint for project management
  5. Open thinking and good teamwork and communication skills
  6. Fast and excellent learning ability
  7. English Skill above CET-4 – additional language capability is preferred
  8. Ability to understand and solve technical solutions and technical questions
  9. Ability to build relationships inside INPLAY internal team as well as the customers

  7. 聯(lián)系INPLAY技術(shù)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)與客戶端，以確保雙方都了解各自的需求，并提供所需的所有信息
  8. 與所有內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門(銷售、工程、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量保證、營銷等)以及業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴(分銷商、IDH)進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)與溝通
  9. 向客戶交付樣品和解決方案設(shè)計(jì)思路
  10. 在客戶、分銷商和展會(huì)等場合舉辦技術(shù)研討會(huì)，推廣INPLAY產(chǎn)品
  11. 定期向銷售經(jīng)理匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目和客戶狀況
  12. 實(shí)際解決客戶的問題并評(píng)估技術(shù)方面的投訴
  13. 通過現(xiàn)場評(píng)估，并參與與客戶的討論，支持質(zhì)量團(tuán)隊(duì)解決相關(guān)質(zhì)量問題
  1. 工程學(xué)士學(xué)位以上 ，電信工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
  2. 大學(xué)英語四級(jí)以上，有其他語種能力者優(yōu)先考慮
  3. 3年以上應(yīng)用、系統(tǒng)或設(shè)計(jì)工程師的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有能力理解并解決技術(shù)解決方案和技術(shù)問題，有藍(lán)牙或射頻相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
  4. 有能力理解相關(guān)市場信息和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)要求
  5. 熟練掌握Excel、Word、PowerPoint等項(xiàng)目管理軟件
  6. 思維開闊，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和溝通能力，并具備快速、優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)能力
  7. 能夠在內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)和客戶之間建立良好的合作關(guān)系
