職位描述：
1) 搭建MEMS產(chǎn)品的整體工藝流程并完成文檔庫(kù)的建立；
Set up overall MEMS product process flow, and finish the document file; 
2) 制定MEMS產(chǎn)品監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目和規(guī)格，并入檔文件庫(kù)；
Define the MEMS product monitor items and criteria, then finish the document file;
3) 評(píng)估并把關(guān)各種工藝步驟的落地；
Evaluate and gating unic process ability, and make sure the process can be released to the mass production;
4) 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的電性測(cè)試/線上缺陷監(jiān)控和良率分析，提高良率;
Take responsibility of product electric measurement(WAT), inline defect scan and yield analysis, improve the yield; 
5) 解決產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)方案，澄清并徹底解決問(wèn)題；
Resolve problems arisen from product transfer, design experiment and provide final solution;
6) 新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)；
New product evaluation and development;
7) 能夠獨(dú)立主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目，與各工程部和協(xié)作單位良好溝通，達(dá)成目標(biāo)；
Lead a project and achieve goal, with good communication and team work.

職位要求：
1) 熟悉半導(dǎo)體各種制造工藝以及工藝整合經(jīng)驗(yàn), 8''/6'' IC/MEMS fab 經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
Be familiar with semiconductor manufacture different module technology and process integration experience, 8''/6'' IC/MEMS fab experience prior; 
2) 熟悉WAT典型測(cè)試原理，線上缺陷掃描及實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Be good at WAT test theory, defect scan and relevant hands on experience;
3) 熟悉QC以及SPC;
Be familiar with QC method and SPC;
4) 碩士及以上學(xué)歷，微電子、半導(dǎo)體、工科類相關(guān)專業(yè);
Master or above, major in microelectronics, semiconductor, or related engineering; 
5) 5年以上半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)PIE/YE/WAT工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), MEMS優(yōu)先;
More than 5 years' experience about PIE/YE/WAT, MEMS prior;
6) 英語(yǔ)四級(jí)及以上，具備優(yōu)秀的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力;
CET-4 or above, excellent ability in listening, speaking, reading & written English.
