·         Schematic design - PCB Layout review - Technical support to customers-Debug and improve the products.
·         Gather and understand customer requirements. Verify whether the information is enough to initiate a design project.
·         Advise customer on hardware requirements to realize load board/module design projects.
·         Assess and estimate the hardware design project's schedule, effort, and feasibility.
·         Perform hardware project task planning, resource planning and mentor junior engineer to co-work on complex design and finish with high quality on time.
·         Manage project schedules and keep customers informed of the project status. Manage customer to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
·         Keep close communication with worldwide teams, suppliers and customers.
·         Deliver hardware design training and seminars to customers.
 
Requirements:
*Bachelor degree and above in Electronic engineering, Electronic information and communication & information engineering etc.
*At least 1 year ATE design, 3 years or more projects implementation, customer service related working experience.
*Have experience on PCB design and SI/PI on semiconductor industry is preferred.
* Skill and knowledgeable in electronics and signal/power integrity routing techniques.
*Skill and knowledgeable in electronics and multi-layer board design.
*Experienced in SI/PI simulation and evaluation.
*Familiar with and can easily use at least one design tool Cadence (Capture CIS and Allegro).
*Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills for technical discussions in verbal and written form. 
*Able to communicate with manufacturing suppliers, customers, and other designers around the world. At times, willing to communicate with time zones in Central Asia and US.
*Ability to multitask between multiple projects daily.
*Ability to successfully work in a team, cross-functional environment.
*Ability to travel oversea for extended period of time.

*管理項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，并讓客戶了解項(xiàng)目所處狀態(tài)，以確保項(xiàng)目成功，讓客戶滿意；
*隨時(shí)與供應(yīng)商、客戶和團(tuán)隊(duì)成員保持密切溝通；
*提供給客戶專業(yè)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)培訓(xùn)課程，并不定期組織召開相關(guān)研討會(huì)；
專業(yè)要求: 電子信息、電氣、機(jī)電等工科背景優(yōu)先考慮
學(xué)歷要求:本科以上
其他條件:
*至少一年以上ATE設(shè)計(jì)，三年或以上項(xiàng)目實(shí)施、售后支持等相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
*有從事半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)PCB載板設(shè)計(jì)、仿真經(jīng)驗(yàn)，優(yōu)先錄用；
*具備電子電路, 信號(hào)與電源完整性設(shè)計(jì)、多層板設(shè)計(jì)布局及走線等技能和知識(shí)；
*了解熟悉SI/PI仿真和評(píng)估；
*熟悉使用一種或多種Cadence工具（Capture CIS 和 Allegro）;
*能與制造供應(yīng)商/客戶和世界各地的其他設(shè)計(jì)師進(jìn)行交流,與中亞和美國不同時(shí)區(qū)進(jìn)行通信協(xié)調(diào)；
*能夠適應(yīng)多個(gè)項(xiàng)目之間的日常任務(wù)安排；
*能夠在跨職能環(huán)境中完成工作內(nèi)容；
*能短期國外出差；
*良好的英語口語和書寫技能，英文資料閱讀順暢。
