Responsibilities崗位職責(zé):
·           Evaluate New Product Design spec and Reliability, Co-ordinate R&D team to resolve issues happened in design, process, device, assembly, testing評(píng)估新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和可靠性，統(tǒng)籌研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，解決由設(shè)計(jì)、工藝、器件、封裝、測(cè)試等引入的問(wèn)題
·           Develop and execute evaluation plans associated with product/process quality according to industrial requirements 根據(jù)業(yè)界需求制定和執(zhí)行與產(chǎn)品/工藝質(zhì)量相關(guān)的評(píng)估計(jì)劃
·           Follow product release criteria to ensure all products comply with all customer specifications and tolerances   遵循產(chǎn)品發(fā)布標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，確保所有產(chǎn)品符合所有客戶的規(guī)格
·           Manage project schedule to ensure new product development can meet customer requirement timely and efficiently管理項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，確保新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)能及時(shí)和高效的滿足客戶需求
·           Provide Strong Technical Support on Customer related issue timely及時(shí)提供客戶技術(shù)支持
Requirements崗位要求:
·         MSEE of Micro Electronics or related Electrical Engineering微電子或與電相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)歷
·         Have good semiconductor knowledge including process, package & circuitry具有良好的半導(dǎo)體知識(shí)，包括工藝、封裝和電路
·         Self-motivated and able to work independently. Be able to work under minimal supervision and muti-task 自我激勵(lì)，獨(dú)立工作，并同時(shí)完成多項(xiàng)任務(wù)
·         Good communication skill and Good written and oral English 良好的英文表達(dá)及口語(yǔ)溝通能力
·         Good Analysis and Logic 良好的分析能力和邏輯思維能力
·         Creative and ability to solve technical problems based on personal expertise and leveraging of technical resources基于個(gè)人的專業(yè)知識(shí)和技術(shù)資源, 具有創(chuàng)造力和解決技術(shù)問(wèn)題的能力
·         Ability to work well in a cross-functional team and cross-site environment具有跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)和跨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境下良好工作的能力
·         Have product engineering experience in a semiconductor related company is preferred 有半導(dǎo)體公司工作/實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)最佳
