Responsibilities崗位職責:
·           Evaluate New Product Design spec and Reliability, Co-ordinate R&D team to resolve issues happened in design, process, device, assembly, testing評估新產(chǎn)品的設計參數(shù)和可靠性，統(tǒng)籌研發(fā)團隊，解決由設計、工藝、器件、封裝、測試等引入的問題
·           Develop and execute evaluation plans associated with product/process quality according to industrial requirements 根據(jù)業(yè)界需求制定和執(zhí)行與產(chǎn)品/工藝質(zhì)量相關的評估計劃
·           Follow product release criteria to ensure all products comply with all customer specifications and tolerances   遵循產(chǎn)品發(fā)布標準，確保所有產(chǎn)品符合所有客戶的規(guī)格
·           Manage project schedule to ensure new product development can meet customer requirement timely and efficiently管理項目進度，確保新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)能及時和高效的滿足客戶需求
·           Provide Strong Technical Support on Customer related issue timely及時提供客戶技術支持
Requirements崗位要求:
·         MSEE of Micro Electronics or related Electrical Engineering微電子或與電相關專業(yè)碩士學歷
·         Have good semiconductor knowledge including process, package & circuitry具有良好的半導體知識，包括工藝、封裝和電路
·         Self-motivated and able to work independently. Be able to work under minimal supervision and muti-task 自我激勵，獨立工作，并同時完成多項任務
·         Good communication skill and Good written and oral English 良好的英文表達及口語溝通能力
·         Good Analysis and Logic 良好的分析能力和邏輯思維能力
·         Creative and ability to solve technical problems based on personal expertise and leveraging of technical resources基于個人的專業(yè)知識和技術資源, 具有創(chuàng)造力和解決技術問題的能力
·         Ability to work well in a cross-functional team and cross-site environment具有跨職能團隊和跨現(xiàn)場環(huán)境下良好工作的能力
·         Have product engineering experience in a semiconductor related company is preferred 有半導體公司工作/實習經(jīng)驗最佳
