Yield enhancement engineer will deal with whole semiconductor industry to improve product yield
You will act as project leader to co-work with other departments for project management and yield enhancement. 良率工程師需要和整個半導體產(chǎn)業(yè)打交道，提升產(chǎn)品良率作為項目領導者，良率工程師需要和其他部門一起協(xié)作進行項目管理和良率提升。
Responsibilities崗位職責:
·         Product level qualification for new fab, new bumping house, new assembly house and new test house. Work closely with different groups to start the qualification process, watch closely for project schedule, and complete the qualification in a timely manner負責新晶圓廠，新凸點制造廠，新封裝測試廠的認證工作，和其他部門緊密協(xié)作展開項目管理
·         Lead product quality and reliability improvement activities from design/device/layout to fab/bump/assembly/test process details and ensure released products comply with specifications and tolerance. Lead key initiatives to achieve this與設計，器件，版圖，晶圓制造，凸點制造，封裝和測部門一起合作，作為項目組長，帶頭負責產(chǎn)品質量和可靠性提升措施
·         Perform investigations for yield drop and low yield issues and lead corrective actions開展低良率分析和帶頭負責良率改善措施
·         Settle the plan and schedule to solve technical issues by cross-department co-work as a project leader作為項目組長，和其他部門一起協(xié)調，制定解決方案
·         Data analysis, issue debugging and failure root cause understanding數(shù)據(jù)分析，查找問題原因，并解決問題
·         Cost reduction activities成本降低的相關工作
·         Shipment support 出貨支持
·         Customer support客戶支持
Requirements崗位要求:
·         MSEE or equivalent電子碩士相關專業(yè)
·         Good communication, writing and presentation skills 良好的溝通，協(xié)作及演講技能
·         Good English skills in both verbal and written English英語口頭及書面表達良好
