Responsibilities崗位職責(zé):
·         Work closely with Product Development to launch spinoff products 與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)部門緊密合作發(fā)布產(chǎn)品
·         Planning and performing product testing based on the product qualification procedure to ensure product meets all customer specifications在產(chǎn)品鑒定程序的基礎(chǔ)上計(jì)劃并進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品測試，確保產(chǎn)品符合客戶需求
·         Lead key initiatives to improve product performance 提出提高產(chǎn)品性能的重要方案
·         Interface with cross-functional and project team members smoothly and help drive solutions to project-related issues與其他職能或項(xiàng)目成員溝通合作，為項(xiàng)目相關(guān)問題提供解決方案
·         Assist customers in product usage issues 協(xié)助客戶處理產(chǎn)品使用相關(guān)的問題
Requirements崗位要求:
·         Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上學(xué)歷
·         Have good semiconductor knowledge including process, package & circuitry熟悉半導(dǎo)體相關(guān)知識(shí)，包括工藝、封裝及電路
·         Self-motivated and able to work independently能獨(dú)立自主工作
·         Good communication skill and Good written and oral English良好的溝通能力及英語寫作/口語能力
·         Ability to work with minimal supervision, multi-task在多任務(wù)的情況下，能獨(dú)立完成的工作
·         Creative and ability to solve technical problems based on personal expertise and leveraging of technical resources and networking利用自身專業(yè)知識(shí)、技術(shù)資源及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，不斷創(chuàng)新并提高解決技術(shù)問題能力
·         Ability to work well in a cross-functional team and cross-site environment 在跨職能及跨區(qū)域的情況下，能順利地開展工作
