職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
1. 制定銷售計(jì)劃以實(shí)現(xiàn)公司的銷售目標(biāo)
2. 推廣諾領(lǐng)方案,向市場傳遞諾領(lǐng)價(jià)值
3. 建立良好的客戶關(guān)系,了解客戶需求
4. 協(xié)助項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入直至量產(chǎn),協(xié)調(diào)公司資源提供支持
5. 了解市場動態(tài),進(jìn)行客戶分析
6. 管理代理商及商業(yè)規(guī)范,提供培和支持
7. 負(fù)責(zé)并制定銷售預(yù)測
任職資格:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,電子、通信、計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)
2、5-8年電子行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),通信類芯片銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先
3、對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)有深刻的理解
4、具備獨(dú)立工作能力,自我學(xué)習(xí)和自我驅(qū)動能力;
5、優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、抗壓能力強(qiáng);
Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategic plan to achieve company's sales objectives
2. Promote Nurlink product value to the market and customers
3. Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs
4. Identify business opportunities, coordinate project from design-in to design-win
5. Conduct market intelligence research and customers analysis
6. Communicate with marketing and application team for the market update and technical support
7. Deliver training and supporting to distributors, monitoring the logistic.
8. Establishes sales forecast and quotas by regions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in E&E, Communication or Computer Science.
2. 5-8 years sales experience in electronic industry, semiconductor experience is preferred
3. Deep understanding of the IoT industry
4. Self-learning and self-driving skills
5. Excellent in communication and teamwork
